- Design - Kollsman has extensive experience in the design of electro-optic, electronic packaging, and aircraft instrument design for several military and aerospace environments.
- Analysis - Kollsman uses the ANSYS finite element program to perform detailed thermal and structural analysis and design optimization.
- Failure Analysis Lab - Kollsman has experience performing failure analysis on electronic, electrical, and mechanical components and assemblies.
- Prototype - Kollsman maintains a model shop capable of electronically interfacing with the ProEngineer models for automatic tool path layout and CNC machining.
- Data Acquisition & Model Testing - Kollsman has experience performing modal testing using a 4-channel Data Physics FFT Analyzer in conjunction with VEC modal testing software.
