KOLLSMAN'S NEXT-GENERATION AUTOSCHEDULE PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM (KAPS II) IS SELECTED BY RAYTHEON AIRCRAFT COMPANY

MERRIMACK, NH Kollsman, an Elbit Systems of America Company, has been awarded a contract from Raytheon Aircraft Company to provide the cabin pressurization control system for the Hawker and Beechcraft King Air series of aircraft. Kollsman's nextgeneration autoschedule pressurization system, KAPS II, will be incorporated into new production aircraft models, including the Hawker 800XP, Hawker 400XP, Beechcraft King Air Models 350,8200 and C90.

The original KAPS system has demonstrated superior passenger comfort, safety and reliability while logging over 2 million flight hours in corporate and regional aircraft. Kollsman's next generation system, KAPS II, uses state-of-the-art technology, and was specifically designed to meet the weight, reliability and cost requirements of today's aircraft.
