Kollsman's Cabin Pressurization Systmem Selected for CESSNA Citation Mustang

MERRIMACK, NH - Kollsman, Inc. has been awarded an exclusive multi-year agreement to provide its all-new Kollsman Autoschedule Cabin Pressurization System (KAPS) II for use on the Cessna Citation Mustang aircraft. Officially announced at the 2002 NBAA convention, the mustang is Cessna's newest developmental aircraft in the Citation Jet product line. According to a recent press release, Cessna has already taken orders for more than 200 Mustangs. Once in full production, Cessna expects that Mustang deliveries will exceed any other Citation model.

The KAPS II is the next generation system derived from the original KAPS I that has successfully logged well over one million flight hours on over 1,000 Citation jet installations. Incorporation a state-of-the-art digital electronics design, the KAPS II provides significant technological improvements in product weight, reliability, and cost. Additionally, the KAPS II design has been optimized for interface with today's advanced integrated avionics display systems
